Lost their key?

Users can find their key at any time in the Customer Dashboard.

HWID Resets

HWID resets are automatic, but if the system detects abuse, their account will be banned.

Forgot their password?

Tell them to open a ticket and provide their key, administation will reset it.

Cheat Menu Hotkey

The default hotkey to open the menu is Insert.

User doesn't have the 'Insert' Key?

No worries, you can use the On-Screen Keyboard.

Can they transfer an active license?

No, they can't transfer an already redeemed license.

Can they share or sell the account?

No, sharing or selling their account is not allowed.

Stream Proof?

The product is fully stream proof on OBS.

Setup

  1. Download the loader from the Customer Dashboard or email.

  2. Extract the files to a location of choice.

  3. Start the loader.

  4. Register or Login.

  5. Head to the 'Licenses' tab and redeem the key.

  6. Go back to the 'Home' tab.

  7. Select the product (cheat or unlocker) and click on Load.

    8. Note: To use both the cheat and unlocker, user needs to start the unlocker first and tab back into the Loader.

  8. After injecting one or both products, they can start the game.

Troubleshoot

Driver Failed!

Tell user to restart the loader and reinject.

Failed CreateTargetForHwnd

Ensure users game is not running as Administrator.

Load failed!

Tell user to restart the loader.

Blue Screen of Death (BSOD)

Tell user to DirectX Runtime / User needs to Disable antivirus.

Hotkeys don't work

User needs to disable the Steam Family Beta.

ESP Lagging / Skeletons, text etc. "wiggling" around

Users overlay FPS are too low.

Otherwise the game/Windows is using the wrong resolution.
Or the users game is changing resolution after the cheat loads
(^ has nothing to do with changing resolution for stretched res)

Cannot click anything in the UI/UI doesn't work

Ensure user is in borderless mode.

Couldn't find target window!

User needs to update their driver and reinject.

Crashing when opening the menu

Tell user to reinstall DirectX Runtime.

Missing module d3dcompiler

Tell user to reinstall DirectX Runtime.
